A: We will make delivery once received your payment.

Q: If the product can't work, can it be returned?

A: We provide one year warranty.

Q: How easy is it to obtain items?

A: New are no longer continuously manufactured, and therefore supply is scarce.

However, we specialize in sourcing hard-to-find products, and although

the lead time varies, the average is between 5-7 business days.

Q: What is the typical price for the items?

A: Our company always gives customers excellent service and prices that

are highly competitive. Requirements for delivery and availability do affect pricing.

*Pricing in quotation varies based on quantity; the price here may not be valid for lower (or higher) quantities,

 so please submit a New Quote Request before sending in a PO with a quantity that is different than amount quoted.

*This quotation is valid for 30 days.  But, please note that stocked parts may become unavailable at any time

 after the quote is provided, if parts are purchased by other customers (stocked items are available on a “first-come-first-serve” basis).  Parts are not held for possible orders without payment.  As long as the parts remain in stock,

 the quote will be valid for at least 30 days (extensions can be granted upon request - but not guaranteed).

to help you win the order with your customer, and stay in budget.  If you have target prices, or lower offers,
